Friday’s weigh in looked better than I thought it would. Being on a soup mostly diet for a week helped. But of course my desire to end a stress work week and the hockey game to watch ended in me neutralizing the good benefits by a beer and cracker blast.
I have started an exercise circuit at home which includes a lot of lunges side to side and roman lunges and normal lunges. Plus, goblet squats have left my hamstrings tightening up a lot and leaving an aching throughout the night. I need to stretch I guess allot more. what do you think?
I feel like I need to add a bit of yoga but it doesn’t seem to be very man friendly. Are there any good videos on yoga for men or doesn’t it matter, yoga is yoga?
One workout i did this week was to do push ups throughout the day. every time I went to the bath room i would do as many as i could push ups. And I go allot throughout the day. It’s because I am older and I drink copious amounts of water through the day.
