veal cooked over an apple wood fire, served with carrot, rudabaga and parsinp tops. This was a very seasonal feast Wednesday put on by sweet anne market stand that sells in Lancaster’s central market. There was a root soup with parsnips, carrots and rudabaga. There was a pork roll from humanly treated pig farm in Lancaster county, there was a cordial with the herb burnet in it. and lots of fun people to eat with.
