The weekends weigh in didn’t match the inability to get to the gym this week. I lost 3 pounds, to close a number to count on maybe. Work was aerobic this past week.
I work in a greenhouse managing the production and growing of perennial starter plants, for the wholesale trade. I found my self running at times to get the work done. There is pulling doors that slide, carrying flats and pushing carts. side ways shifting like on a football line side to side down long aisles. lots of cardio in the greenhouse.
I got off using the “my fitness pal” calorie monitor, I drank beer and I just felt tired all week.
Starting over now, just did two 10 minute trainers and am heading to gym tomorrow.
