So I’m chugging away on the arc trainer at planet fitness, 50 minutes of grind and I made it to over 500 calories. glanced over to the guy next to me, a little older than me and taller by feet. His calories counter read over 1000. he started before I got there and quit after I left.
I can’t imagine trudging along on a cardio machine for over an hour. It was a big leap to start 45 or 50 minutes which I can’t imaging doing less than that now.
All in all somewhere 6 pounds have disappeared from the scale, not quite sure from where. So that’s nice. That’s part of what it’s all about.
