I need two days between work outs, I need alieve. i need sleep. had a great work out sunday and last thursday. good cardio time because a hockey game was on the overhead tv. good lifting as well. I’m gearing up for a 40 mile bike ride saturday down the rails to trails from york to Baltimore. Havent found any one to go that distance with me, so i will go half and bike bake , see how I will do then.
stress is a big motivator for a work out. I would love to hit a bag.
