When faced with confrontation, do you head for the hills or walk straight in? Was there ever a time you wished you’d had the opposite reaction?
Guns blazing in the dust all out war declared. Then hurt forlorn in to the ashes of despair, then its a rational thinking it out a bit to bring reality to shed light on the immediate reaction.
Of late I am purposely posing a preemptive mind-set. Hey , it’s all taken care of , to defuse an other wise internal feeling of I just ruined life for some one.
I am a lot calmer since I have been practicing this. Its only been a week or two. It all started from my reading one night plus a helpful strategy from a colleague. Look at past blog confirmed.

“A calm answer defuse anger” that’s the intent. the calmness is going to be a it’s under control posture. not a fist clinch.
