so this is number 200. i am amazed at how some people resonate with my aching heart. its been since November that i started. It was therapy after my moms death to restore her memory and talk about grief.
then my best friend died of cancer. its been a year.
then a friend in the industry died participating in a triathlon. he will be missed…mainly because after hearing his tributes from friends i wished i had known him better.
Now a good friend and right hand at work is leaving.
Any loss that is touching the heart seems to dredge the
grief emotion all over.
Grief never leaves you just live with it’s company. It helps keep you focused on who is here with you now.
