It started today with a fit test. A 60 dayplus work out routine from shawn T and beach body. High intensity…insanity.
today was the fit test to see how fit i am and to measure up coming weeks. 8 moves do as many as possible in a minute. I did:
54 switch kicks
47 power jacks
80 power knees
37 power jumps
6 globe jumps
12 suicide jumps
20 push-up jacks
42 low plank oblique
at the end of the last two i was crawling to the paper to record the amounts done. and soon my stomach was telling me i was an idiot for too long in my eating and drinking habits. i mean my lunch from 6 hours ago was still grease lined in my stomach lining and protesting every move. it lasted for an hour , like heart burn. so it was like death bed resolves going out. you know like i promise no more alcohol for 2 months and a big limit on red meat and eat more like their recommendations.
all in all i think i did OK. ill start the real workout on Monday. hopefully the gastrological part of me will be better prepared.
