fitness over 50/second fit test/insanity

whew, two full weeks, and the realization im getting worried each time i start a workout. worried like the sick feeling before track in high school, like i really don’t want t do this, and i am going to get sick. but as i get through the warm up the sick feeling s going and so am i.

week one start/after two weeks

54/110 switch kicks

47/53 power jacks

80/83 power knees

37/54 power jumps

6/10 globe jumps

12/13 suicide jumps

20/25 push-up jacks

42/35 low plank oblique

so there is a bit of improvement. took me about three hours to get my breath and stop sweating, but all in all , its ok. it is great to seee the others fatigue, not because i like to watch suffering, but i feel like one of them.

the biggest hurtle is to stop the beer intake for a month. my self imposed pain. im sure ill feel better. already declined two separate opportunities to “go out”
