Completed a planet fitness circuit today the third this week. Between each machine I do a minute of Shawn T fitnesss. Hysman,ski,jacks suicides. I don’t bother with the steps PF provids, when IM tiered I run in place. At each machine I do as many as i can. So the wieght is low enough but not overly.
Today after finishing the circuit I did bench presses flat and slanted.3 sets about 40#.
Then 2 sets of pull UPS.
Then my favorite, holding 15 pounders I raise to punch, side to side shoulder high punching in front.
Some alternating curls.
Then some situps and stretches and plank.
IM tired feel good, digging deaper.
