Simple words that heal.
We all need to hear these words but just as important, we need to speak them.
Get your mind off any one thing that may be possessing your thoughts. Make a conscience effort to say I love you. Preferably to the persons that you should be, saying it too.
Get your head in the game of your relationships. Say I love you to your spouse often, to your parent or child. You will see a change in them and your perceptions of what bug you will be dissipate.
There is no doubt there is a bad energy bug field that gets in our brain. Wires need to be adjusted so thoughts go in proper conduits.
Saying I love you often, hearing yourself say it is healing to crossed wires.
